Description

Innovative combination of latest CoolSiCTM MOSFETs and QDPAK SMD package with top side cooling. High switching frequency of 48 kHz allows significant reduction of size and cost per kW. A separate XMC7200 based control card with closed loop control software and GUI is also available. In a nutshell: REF-10KW3LNPC2Q is a design blueprint to speed up any residential 3-phase string, hybrid and battery inverter project.
