Description

The NX-DP-GAN039-BSC half-bridge evaluation board is designed for double-pulse testing of GaN FETs in a bottom-side cooled copper-clip package (CCPAK). Optimized for low inductance, the board incorporates a high-bandwidth current shunt to enable accurate evaluation of switching performance. It also supports thermal analysis and continuous operation at power levels up to several kilowatts.
