How many layers do you need? 

Multilayer structures are the basis of our work and one of our core competences. Multilayer structures are first and foremost characterised by the number of layers and the connections between the individual layers.

This decides the basic production process. The total thickness and the thickness of the inner layer copper determine the materials used.

The standard HDI – microvia multilayer structures are summarised and are immediately available. Select the necessary layer connections from PTHs, microvias and buried vias and the total number of layers. You can then select between structures with various total thicknesses and Cu inner layer thicknesses.

The standard HDI – microvia multilayer structures offer the advantage that they are constructed with base materials that are always available from stock.
