Description

The EVAL-2EDGaN-INV-1KW evaluation board is a 1 kW inverter solution for home applications and general motor drives. It shows the capabilities of the SOI level shift EiceDRIVER™ 2ED21064S06J in conjunction with the CoolGaN™ Transistor 650 V G5 (IGT65R055D2), providing a reliable and efficient power conversion solution with up to 1 kW output, 3 Arms current.
