Description

The LM67680-Q1EVM evaluation module (EVM) is designed to showcase the LM67680-Q1 DC/DC converter configured in an inverting buck-boost (IBB) implementation. The EVM operates over an input voltage range of 3.8V to 60V to deliver a –12V output at up to 6A.

  • Integrated level-shifters on MODE/SYNC, EN, andPG allow easy interface to system control signals
  • Switching frequency of 400kHz synchronizable±20% with an external clock signal
  • ZEN 1 switcher technology– Spread spectrum (DRSS) and switching slewrate control reduce peak emissions– Input π-stage EMI filter helps meet CISPR 25Class 5 and UNECE Reg 10 EMI standards
  • Integrated protection features for robust design:Overcurrent protection (OCP); Power-Good (PG)indicator with 100kΩ pullup to external voltagesource; internal 5.3ms soft-start (SS) timer
  • Fully assembled, tested, and proven PCB layout
