Description

The RTQ2812A is a high-performance, synchronous buck converter that can deliver up to 12A output current with a wide input supply voltage range from 3.5V to 17V. The device integrates low RDSON power MOSFETs, an accurate 0.6V 1% reference over the full operating junction temperature range, and an integrated diode for the bootstrap circuit, offering a very compact solution.
