Description
This Power Motherboard (PMB) Fast Evaluation Tool (FET) is designed to give power electronics engineers a versatile and efficient SiC MOSFET testing platform. Whether you need to evaluate conduction and switching losses, perform Double Pulse Testing (DPT), or analyze Buck and Boost converter performance, the PMB-FET simplifies your design optimization process. Our platform supports SiC power devices ranging from 700V to 1200V, enabling engineers to gain precise insights into switching behavior, efficiency, and system-level performance. With an operating voltage of up to 800V and a current capacity of 20A, the PMB-FET is built for high-power applications in research, development, and education. By providing multiple test configurations in a single board, we help to streamline the evaluation process, reduce design iterations and optimize next-generation power electronics systems.
