Description

The EPC91107KIT evaluation board is a 4-Level Totem-Pole PFC evaluation board featuring the EPC2304 GaN FET, rated at 200 V, 3.5 mΩ (typical). The EPC91107KIT can deliver 12.5 A at 400 VDC output.
