Description

XS5801D is one SIP that it integrates LiBattery Charge management、Li-Battery Protection and Boost converter in only SOP8-PP package. This SIP can charge with 1A current and also can output 5V 0.8A to load such as smart phone or MID. It only need few components and can reduce the BOM area and BOM cost.
