Description

We have developed a 24V AC / DC isolated power supply reference board specialized for industrial equipment.If you are designing a system for a drive system such as a motor, a large capacity AC / DC isolated power supply can be used to supply power to the motor system circuit and control board. The reference board developed this time does not affect the control board that is operated by another power supply, even if there is a problem in the motor related circuit when this control board is supplied by another AC / DC power supply. It was developed for building a simple system.This reference board is designed using Analog Devices' isolated power controller IC (Model: LT8315) and a general-purpose transformer (Wurth Elektronik, Inc. model number: 7508110419). Although the availability of transformers is often a problem for isolated power supplies, it is a general-purpose product and can be safely applied to systems for industrial equipment.

  • High voltage flyback converter with built-in 630V / 300mA switch
  • Operates with an input voltage of 18V to 560V and supplies up to 15W of power.
  • Regulation is possible without optical isolator
  • Quasi-resonant boundary mode operation, good load regulation, small transformer size and high efficiency
