Description

The EVAL-6ED2231S12TM1 power evaluation board features and demonstrates the CoolSiC™ MOSFET module and SOI gate driver technology for motor drives. It is powered by 6ED2231S12T 1200 V, three-phase gate driver.This board includes one EasyPACK™ 1B CoolSiC™ MOSFET 1200 V module, one three-phase silicon-on-insulator (SOI) gate driver IC for motor drive applications, and includes the M1 connector. In combination with either the EVAL-M1-101T which is the control board for iMOTION™ Modular Application Design Kit (MADK) or other control boards with compatible M1 connectors.

  • Fault reporting, automatic Fault clear and Enable function on same pin (RFE)
  • 2.5 kV HBM ESD ; 25 V VCC capable
  • DSO-24 package: SOIC-28 with 4 pins removed for high clearance
