Description
The AP66060 are an automotive-compliant, 600mA, synchronous DC-DC buck converters with a default internal frequency of 1MHz/2.2MHz and adjustable from 200kHz to 2.5MHz. The regulators have integrated high and low side MOSFETs.The AP66060Q enable continuous load current of up to 600mA with efficiency as high as 95%.The AP66060Q feature current mode control operation, which enables easy loop stabilization supporting wide range of output capacitive loads.
