Description

The AP61105XQ/AP61205XQ/AP61305XQ are step-down, 1A/2A/3A,synchronous buck converters with a wide input voltage range of 2.5V to5.5V. The device fully integrates a 100mΩ high-side power MOSFETand a 67mΩ low-side power MOSFET to provide high-efficiency DC-DCconversion.The AP61105XQ/AP61205XQ/AP61305XQ device easily used byminimizing the external component count due to its adoption of PeakCurrent Mode (PCM) control with internal compensation to achieve fasttransient response, easy loop stabilization, and low output voltageripple. The output is adjustable from 0.6V to the input voltage. Thismakes the AP61105XQ/AP61205XQ/AP61305XQ an ideal choice forhigh output voltage, high current applications which require a lowdropout threshold. The AP61105XQ/AP61205XQ/AP61305XQoperates in Pulse Frequency Mode (PFM) at light load condition tomaintain high efficiency.The devices are available in a SOT563 package.
