Description

3 kW continuous conduction mode (CCM) bridgeless TPPFC evaluation board designed by CGD, a 3 kW offline power converter, and serves as a manual to understand and operate the board. While the evaluation board is capable of operating at a range of voltages from 90 VAC to 265 VAC, it was specifically designed and optimised for operation at two standard voltages: 115 VAC and 230 VAC. The evaluation board allows users to evaluate the performance of CGD65D025SP2 (ICeGaN, P2 series). It is a 650-V 25-mΩ enhancement–mode GaN (eMode-GaN) dual-side cooled device with proprietary ICeGaN technology.
