Beschreibung
The TPS51386 is a single, D-CAP3™ mode, synchronous buck converter requiring a very low external component count. TPS51386 provides an adjustable 0.6 V to 5.5 V 8 A maximum output. Integrated low RDS(ON) power MOSFETs enable high efficiency and offer ease of use with a minimal external component count for space-constrained power systems.
