Beschreibung
LMG3650R035 evalation module (EVM) configures two LMG3650R035 GaN FETs in a half bridge with overtemperature protection, cycle-by-cycle over current protection, latched short circuit de-sat protection function and all the necessary auxiliary peripheral circuitry to test isolated bias supply or bootstrap supply. This EVM is designed to work in conjunction with larger systems.
