Beschreibung

The DAC63004 wafer chip scale package (WCSP) evaluation module (EVM) is a platform for evaluating the performance of the DAC63004W and DAC53004W commercial ultra-low-power, buffered-voltage and current-output digital-to-analog converters (DACs) in a variety of configurations.There is an optional circuit to evaluate the DAC63004W or DAC53004W as a variable current source with an output up to 200 mA.DAC63004WCSP-EVM has a GUI available to evaluate the performance and applications specific to DAC63004W or DAC53004W. The EVM has an onboard controller allowing it to connect directly to a computer for use with the GUI. There are two 16-pin connectors that are compatible with BOOSTXL-DAC-PORT, which allows DAC63004WCSP-EVM to be used with the EK-TM4C1294XL LaunchPad™ development kit if that is preferred over the onboard controller.
