Beschreibung

The ADS9813 evaluation module (EVM) is a platform for evaluating the performance of the ADS9813 device, an 8-channel, 18-bit 2MSPS per channel simultaneous-sampling SAR ADC with integrated analog front-end and ADC reference. The ADS9813EVM includes a standard FMC connector that can interface with standard FPGA development boards. Software that works with the TSWDC155EVM (sold separately) is provided to enable the user to communicate with the ADC over universal serial bus (USB), capture data and perform data analysis.
