Beschreibung
This engineering report describes a high power density 140 W USB PD 3.1 external power supply that can provide 5 V / 3 A, 9 V / 3 A, 15 V / 3 A, 20 V / 5 A and 28 V / 5 A outputs. This was made possible using three innovative PowiGaN-based devices InnoSwitch4-CZ INN4077C, ClampZero CPZ1076M, and HiperPFS-5 PFS5177F. The PSU contains a highlyefficient boost Power Factor Corrector (PFC) and flyback DC-DC converter.
