Beschreibung

The MAQ5300 is an automotive-qualified, ultra-small,ultra-low dropout CMOS regulator (ULDO) that is idealfor today’s most demanding automotive applicationsincluding infotainment, camera module, imagesensors, and anywhere PCB space is limited. It offersextremely low dropout voltage, very low output noiseand can operate from a 2.3V to 5.5V input whiledelivering up to 300 mA. The MAQ5300 offers 2% initial accuracy, low groundcurrent (typically 85 µA total), thermal shutdown, andcurrent-limit protection. The MAQ5300 can also be putinto a zero-off-mode current state, drawing no currentwhen disabled.
