Beschreibung

The EVAL_ACF_65W_FullGaN is a 65 W USB-PD type C charger evaluation board that uses Infineon CoolGaN™ IPS(Integrated Power Stage) half-bridge configuration as well a CoolGaN™ SG HEMT100 V ICQ800NLS as synchronous rectifier. The board demonstrates a Full-GaN charger with high efficiency and includes additional measurement points and connectors for easy waveform creation.
