Beschreibung
The EPC9166 is a 500 W 12 V to 48 V synchronous Boost converter using eGaN® FET. EPC9166 is designed with EPC2218 enhancement mode eGaN FET and ISL81807 two phase analog boost controller with integrated eGaN drivers.
