Beschreibung

The IS802 is a push-pull power primary side controller with low EMI interference, which is specially designed for small-sized isolated power supplies in isolated interface applications. The IS802 can drive a transformer primary with an input voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V, while the secondary can output any isolated voltage through the transformer turns ratio. IS802 contains two drivers inside, which respectively control the current flow direction of the primary side winding, and alternately select the two drivers to realize the push-pull control of the primary side. IS802 supports external clock control, and with the enable pin, it can realize synchronous control among any multiple chips in the system. In order to improve the reliability of system applications, IS802 supports dead zone insertion protection, soft-start protection, under-voltage protection and over-temperature protection. In actual use, it can effectively deal with problems such as large current surge at startup, output short circuit, output overload, etc. In addition, IS802 also supports spread spectrum function, which can help the system pass the EMI test. The IS802 is housed in a small SOT23-6 package and is specified over the –40°C to 125°C operating temperature range.
