This is a 33W open frame isolated off-line switching power supply evaluation board, targeted for power supply with three-phase input or an ultra-wide input voltage range. The board demonstrates the possibility of extending voltage working range up to 1500V by cascading an external MOSFET. It features the 5th generation quasi-resonant CoolSETTM (ICE5QR2270AZ), together with Infineon’s 800V CoolMOSTM P7 superjunction MOSFET (IPD80R2K4P7).
