Description
The TPS631000 is a constant frequency peak current mode control buck-boost converter. The device has typical 2.9-A peak current limit and input voltage range of 1.6 V to 5.5 V. The TPS631000 provides a power supply solution for system pre-regulator and voltage stabilizer.

- Input voltage range: 1.6 V to 5.5 V
- Output voltage range: 1.2 V to 5.3 V
- Switch peak current limit: 2.9 A
