Description

The DAC81416 evaluation module (EVM) is an easy-to-use platform for evaluating the functionality and performance of the DAC81416 device. DAC81416 is a 16-channel, buffered, high-voltage output, digital-to-analog converter (DAC) in 16-bit resolution with an integrated 2.5-V internal reference. It provides bipolar output voltage up to ±20 V and unipolar up to 40 V. DAC81416EVM provides the serial peripheral bus (SPI) programming interface via a PC-based graphical user interface (GUI).

  • Integral nonlinearity (INL): ±1 LSB max at ±10-V output, ±2 LSB max at ±20-V output
  • Integrated 2.5-V precision internal reference
  • Output ranges: ±2.5 V, ±5 V, ±10 V, ±20 V, 0 V to 5 V, 0 V to 10 V, 0 V to 20 V, or 0 V to 40 V
  • Three dedicated A-B toggle pins
