Description

The EV2363-B-01A Evaluation Board is designed to demonstrate the capabilities of SCT2363, high efficiency fully integrated synchronous step-down DCDC converter supporting up to 6A continuous output current from an input source from 4V to 28V.The SCT2363 integrated 3.3V output LDO. The device has the MODE pin to select Pulse Frequency Modulation (PFM) operation mode to achieve the light load power save, or Ultrasonic Mode (USM) to keep the switching frequency above audible frequency areas during light-load or no-load conditions, or the PWM mode to achieve the small output ripple. SCT2363 fully integrates high-side and low-side power MOSFETs with 36mΩ/16mΩ on-resistance to minimize the conduction loss.This user's guide describes the characteristics, operation and the use of the EV2363-B-01A Evaluation Module including EVM specifications, recommended test setup, test result, schematic diagram, bill of materials, and the board layout.
