The TS32101 is a DC/DC synchronous switching BoostConverter with fully integrated power switches, internal PWMcurrent mode compensation, and full fault protection. Theswitching frequency of 2 MHz was chosen to enable the useof small external components for portable applications. Thedevice also has a constant output current limit loop to providea sharp output current limit that doesn’t move significantlywith input voltage and output voltage.
