Description
A driver is designed for PAA12400BM3 62mm module, which is used to evaluate the dynamic performance of PAA12400BM3, and can also be used as a reference for customer module driver design. The driver board has ±10A driving capability and provides gate Miller CLAMP and DESAT protection functions.

- Adjustable voltage level for both turn-on and turn-off

- 150-V/ns minimum CMTI
- Fast DESAT protection up to 200 ns response time
- 4-A Internal active miller clamp circuit
- Isolated analog sensor with PWM output for temperature sensing
