S32Z280-400EVB is an evaluation board for the S32Z2 family of safe and secure high-performance real-time processors. It provides a platform to accelerate the integration of diverse, real-time applications including safety processing and domain and zonal control.Based on a production-grade 16 nm S32Z280 processor in the 400 MAPBGA package that combines real-time and DSP/ML processing with hardware virtualization power management devices, multiple clock, boot, I/O and external memory options, GB Ethernet, CAN FD, UART and SPI interfaces, and JTAG/Aurora debug support.The S32Z280-400EVB is enabled with the GreenVIP vehicle integration platform software that integrates NXP standard and reference design software, along with open source and third-party software to support evaluation, development and rapid prototyping.The S32Z280-400EVB is a standalone development board. However, it can also be utilized with the S32X-MB for additional functionality and access to I/O and peripherals. Some of these additional peripherals include CAN FD, Ethernet, FlexRay, LIN and motor control.
