Description
The TEA1995 add-on board is designed for incorporation into existing resonant power supplies or multi-output flyback power supplies by replacing the secondary rectifier diodes. The add-on board consists of the TEA1995 Dual SR controller IC and low-ohmic MOSFETs in LFPAK package.
Features
- Increased efficiency of the total application with adaptive gate drive for maximum efficiency at any load
- Can be connected to a wide range of resonant power supplies or multi-output flyback power supplies.
- Two low ohmic SR MOSFETs in LFPAK package for power levels up to 300 W
- Wide supply voltage range (4.5V to 38V)
- IC used: TEA1995T Dual SR controller in SO-8 package
