Description

The EV9447-L-00A is an evaluation board forthe MP9447, a high-efficiency step-downregulator with integrated power MOSFETs.MP9447 offers a very compact solution toachieve a 5A, continuous-output current over awide input-supply range with excellent load andline regulation. It also provides fast transientresponse and good stability for wide inputsupplyand load range.The EV9447-L-00A is a fully assembled andtested evaluation board. It generates a +5Voutput voltage at load current up to 5A from a7V to 36V input range. Switching frequency isset at 500kHz.
