Description
The MP1650 is a high-frequency synchronous rectification buck switching converter with integrated internal power MOSFETs. It offers a very compact solution with a continuous output current of 2A over a wide input range with excellent load and linear regulation.The MP1650 operates in synchronous mode over the output load range for high efficiency.
