EVAL-FS33MR12W1M1HM5 is a 3-phase inverter board for motor drive applications featuring and demonstrating the usage of Silicon Carbide MOSFETs in this application. The evaluation board was developed to support customers during their first steps designing applications with the CoolSiC™ MOSFET modules in Easy1B packages, such as the FS33MR12W1M1H_B11, and the EiceDRIVER™ 1200 V, our isolated gate driver 1EDI20H12AH.
