The TRXˍ120ˍ089 is an integrated transceiver circuit for the 122-GHz ISM band with antennas in package. The IC comprises integrated VCO, frequency divider, a gain-controlled power amplifier, a gain-controlled low-noise amplifier, a quadrature mixer and a poly-phase filter, and transmit and receive antennas.
