Description
The radar front end TRAˍ240ˍ091 is an integrated transceiver circuit operating in 240 GHz band with on-chip antenna. This cascadable radar frontend combines a 240 GHz operating frequency with a bandwidth of up to 45 GHz and is assembled in a low-cost QFN package. The chip can operate as single channel transceiver with on-chip and off-chip VCO. It can also operate in an array with many chips synchronized. The chip covers worldwide 244 GHz – 246GHz ISM Band.

- QFN 40 pin package, 5mm x 5mm with 0.4mm pitch, Pb-free, RoHS compliant
- IC is available as bare die, in package, on Radar Front End for evaluation with Evalkit Easy r4 and optionally with lens
