Description

The AP6502 is a 340kHz switchingfrequency external compensatedsynchronous DCDC buck converter. It hasintegrated low RDSON high and low sideMOSFETs.The AP6502 enables continues load currentof up to 2A with efficiency as high as 95%.The AP6502 features current mode controloperation, which enables fast transientresponse times and easy loopstabilization.The AP6502 is available in a standardGreen SO-8EP with exposed PAD forimproved thermal performance. AP6502 isalso available in SO-8 package and isRoHS compliant.
