Description

The IS801 is a monolithic oscillator/power driver designed for isolated interface applications Designed for small size,isolated power supplies. IS801 can drive 3.3V or a low-profile center-tapped transformer primary in a 5V DC supply, while the secondary can The number of turns can be determined according to the required output isolation voltage.The IS801 provides complementary output signals to drive ground-referenced N-channel source switch. In addition to the internal break-before-make logic between the two switches, IS801 also integrates VCC under-voltage protection and thermal shutdown protection. Added spread spectrum. The clock helps pass system EMI tests. IS801adopts small SOT23-5 packages, specified operating temperature range -40°C to 125°C.
