Beschreibung

The SC81480Q is a synchronous Buck converter family with a wide input voltage from 3V to 36V. The SC81480Q regulates the output voltage at customized voltage by setting the divider resistors. It provides up to 8A of highly efficient output current with current mode control with fast loop response. The SC81480Q is specifically designed for automotive applications. The device incorporates spread spectrum, QFN package, symmetrical pinout to optimize the EMI performance. Up to 2.2MHz switching frequency could help avoid noise sensitive frequency. The SC81480Q employs peak current mode control scheme. The switching frequency could be synchronized to an external clock. The SC81480Q offers output over-voltage protection, cycle-by-cycle peak current limit, output short circuit protection, and thermal shutdown protection. The SC81480Q is available in 14-pin 4mm X 3.5mm QFN package.
