The EV222x-B-02A and EV223xA-B-02A Evaluation Board is designed to demonstrate the capabilities of SCT2220TVAR and SCT2230ATVAR, which are in a SOT563 Package. SCT2220 and SCT2230A are EMI friendly synchronous buck converters with up to 17V wide input voltage range.This user's guide describes the characteristics,operation and the use of the EV222x-B-02A and EV223xA-B-02A Evaluation Module including EVM specifications, recommended test setup, test result,schematic diagram, bill of materials, and the board layout.
