This engineering report describes a highpower density 140 W USB PD 3.1 Extended Power Range (EPR) power supply using two PowiGaN-based devices: HiperPFS-5 PFS5277F for the Power Factor Correction (PFC) stage and InnoSwitch5-Pro INN5377F-H905 for the flyback stage, paired with Injoinic IP2756 as the USB PD controller. The USB PD source capabilities of the power supply are listed below
