Beschreibung
The EV2225-J-00A demonstrates MPS’sMP2225, a high-frequency, synchronous,rectified, step-down converter with built-in highsideand low-side power MOSFETs. TheMP2225 offers a very compact solution toachieve a 5A continuous output current withexcellent load and line regulation over a wideinput supply range. The MP2225 hassynchronous mode operation for higherefficiency over the output current load range.Current-mode operation provides fast transientresponse and eases loop stabilization.Full protection features includes over-currentprotection and thermal shutdown.The MP2225 is available in a space-saving 8-pin TSOT23 package.
