Beschreibung

The MIC2125 and MIC2126 are constant-frequency synchronous buck controllersfeaturing a unique adaptive ON-time control architecture. The MIC2125/6 operate overan input voltage range from 4.5V to 28V and can be used to supply load current up to25A. The output voltage is adjustable down to 0.6V with an accuracy of ±1%. Thedevice operates with programmable switching frequency from 200 kHz to 750 kHz.HyperLight Load® architecture operates in pulse-skipping mode at light loads, butoperates in fixed-frequency CCM mode from medium loads to heavy loads. HyperSpeed Control® architecture operates in fixed-frequency CCM mode under all loadconditions.The basic parameters of the evaluation board are:• Input: 5V to 28V• Output: 0.6V to 5V at 20A• 350 kHz Switching Frequency (Adjustable from 200 kHz to 750 kHz)
