Beschreibung

The MCP19035 is a highly-featured, highly-integrated, synchronous buck controller in a space-saving 10-pin DFN 3x3 package that operates from input voltage sources up to 30V. Integrated features include high and low-side MOSFET drivers, fixed-frequency voltage mode control, internal oscillator and reference voltage generator, overcurrent protection circuit for both sides, Power Good circuit and over temperature protection.A minimal number of external components are necessary to develop a complete, high-performance Synchronous Buck Converter power supply.
