The MachXO5-NX Development Board features the MachXO5-NX-25 in a 400-ball caBGA package. This device offers a variety of features and programmability that enhances Secure Control PLD functionality with multiple boot capabilities. Its cryptographic engine supports user-mode security features. Alongside the cryptographic engine, numerous system functions are included such as two PLLs and 432 kbits of embedded RAM plus hardened implementations of I2C and SPI. Flexible, high performance I/O support numerous single-ended and differential standards including LVDS and MIPI.MachXO5-NX Development Board also includes features to expand the usability of the MachXO5-NX-25 with Arduino, Raspberry, FX12, Versa, and Aardvark headers. It also allows programming of external flash memory and can access flash memory via soft SPI.Configuration ports and Breakout for GPIO – Enable user to test all configuration modes (JTAG, I2C/I3C, SPI), as well as I/O capabilities.Consistent Board Control Experience – Interface to ASC Bridge Board (L-ASC-BRIDGE-EVN) like XO3 and XO3D Development Boards.Maximize Wide Range I/O – Provide flexibility in the configuration of wide range I/O voltages.Enabling multiple external ports simultaneously – Support up to 5 channels per FTDI connection.
