Beschreibung
The EPC91110KIT evaluation board is a 5.5 kW, 400 V to 50 V 8:1 fixed ratio isolated converter evaluation board featuring the EPC2305 GaN FET, rated at 150 V, 2.2 mΩ (typical). The EPC91110KIT comprises 4ea 100 V to 50 V modules, connected in series on the high voltage side and in parallel on the output side, and can deliver 1.375 kW continuous power per module.
