Beschreibung

The JW5116 is a current mode monolithic buck switching regulator. Operating with an input range of 4.6-40V, the JW5116 delivers 3A of continuous output current with an integrated high side N-Channel MOSFET. At light loads, the JW5116 operates in low frequency to maintain high efficiency and low output ripple. Current mode control provides tight load transient response and cycle-by-cycle current limiting.The JW5116 guarantees robustness with input under-voltage lockout, input over-voltage protection, start-up current run-away protection, output short protection, feedback short protection, inductor short protection, and thermal protection.The JW5116 is available in 8-pin SOP package, which provides a compact solution with minimal external components.
