Description
The ZCU216 is an evaluation board featuring the ZU49DR AMD Zynq™ UltraScale+™ RFSoC Gen3 device. This board enables evaluation of applications requiring sub-6 GHz Bands for Radio, mmWave, and full L-band and S-Band in Phased Array Radar. The ZCU216 board is equipped with all the common board-level features needed for design development like DDR4 memory, networking interfaces, an FMC+ expansion port as well as access to the RFMC 2.0 interface.

- DDR4 DIMM – 4GB, 64-bit, 2,666MT/s, attached to programmable logic (PL)
- DDR4 SODIMM – 4GB, 64-bit, 2,400MT/s, attached to the processing system (PS)
- I/O expansion options – FPGA Mezzanine Card (FMC+) interfaces, RFMC 2.0 interfaces, and Pmod connections
- High-speed I/Os – 2x2 SFP28 interfaces to support up to 4 SFP/SFP+/zSFP+/SFP28 modules
