The TDINV3000W050B 3.0 kW inverter evaluation kit provides an easy way to evaluate the performance advantages of our latest SuperGaN FETs in various inverter applications, such as V2G, solar and UPS. The kit provides the main features of a single-phase inverter in a proven, functional configuration, operating at or above 50kHz, with a flat efficiency curve above 500 W of greater than 98.5%. It uses Microchip's dsPIC along with four Transphorm SuperGaN Gen IV 50mΩ devices in the industry's standard and thermally efficient TO-247-3 package (full bridge configuration). The TDINV3000W050B-KIT is for evaluation purposes only.
