Description

The PMP40025 is a universal AC input, 48W output flyback converter based on primary side regulation(PSR) which eliminates optocouplers and secondary side feedback components reducing BOM cost. The design features a single 48V/1A output with average efficiency greater than 89% and 75mW no load power (compliant with DOE 6 &CoC V5 Tier 2 standard). The design aslo demostrates excellent +/-3% transient response from no load to full load due to a wake up feature provided by UCC24650.
